When you place an order with us, we ask only for the information we need to process your order: name, address, phone number, email address, etc. We will never rent or sell information we receive from web orders to third parties.

Our web site encrypts your credit card number prior to transfer over the Internet using secure socket layer (SSL) encryption technology.

When you send personal information, such as your credit card number, over the Internet it is not readable to anyone but us. We encrypt your information using SSL (secure socket layer) technology. Your browser will be in "secure mode" after you proceed to the online order form. When your browser is in secure mode, you will notice the padlock icon on your browser window is in the locked position.

After you place an order...
After you place your order, you will see a "Receipt" page that contains an order tracking number. This is confirmation that your order has been successfully placed. Your order is then sent over a secure server to Hartley Woodward and will then be processed. If we do not have the merchandise in stock, we will contact you. You will receive an order confirmation via email within an hour after placing your order. If you do not receive one, please call customer service at (952) 404-2213

Our return policy...
We cannot accept personalized, custom item or underwear for return. Saddles are returnable if our saddle instructions are followed closely (see below).

Enclose copy of receipt with return form in your package. Exchanges are shipped free of charge. Returns with reciept made within three weeks from date of purchase will be credited in manner paid. Returns made after three weeks from date of purchase will receive store credit.

Our saddle return policy...
Saddles sent for reasons other than a manufacturer's defect must be in new condition. Sweat marks, girthing marks, horse hair, etc... may result in the refusal of the return or the addition of a restocking fee. This is at the direction of Hartley Woodward.
